USING CONTACT LENS DISTORTS THE CORNEA
When the modern hospitals/ doctors sell you something as the latest and a great improvement, beware. They do not tell you the downside of it even when it is serious.
Last week my niece had to undergo a surgery in both eyes because the doctor told her that her cornea had gone out of shape due to prolonged use of contact lens. She has probably used it for ten years, I guess.
She was told it was "non-intrusive". But she had unbearable burning sensation in the eyes. She was told she could do anything immediately after the surgery - cook, drive etc. but ofcourse she could barely keep her eyes open to do any such thing. She was prescribed some pain killers with the warning that they would make her sick and she had bear with it.
With God's grace and Pranic healing, she is better. But this is inexcusable.
We know that any number of medications are given and medical procedures done that are touted as the latest and best. In serious illnesses, such as cancer or heart surgery, they dont bother to tell you the negative effects because they dont expect the person to survive long enough to face the consequences. Yet, we know any number people who are suffering from serious, undisclosed consequences.
A friend has a hugely swollen leg - effect of a cancer medication that she was not informed of when she was given that.
Another friend's father suffered excruciating pain for quite some time before his death because the 'life' of the pig's heart valve that was put in his heart had ended but he had survived too long. He was too old to do any useful procedure but had to wait in pain for his end.
Ask straight questions of your docs however "kind" they may appear,before undergoing any 'modern' medical procedure. Dont spare them and dont get intimidated by their tall talk.
